Key points for product selection
1) The main control parameters for solenoid valve selection are diameter, design nominal pressure, medium allowable temperature range, interface size, etc.
2) Solenoid valve uses an electromagnet to push the opening and closing of the valve. It is usually used in two-position control with a diameter of less than 40mm. It is especially used to connect, cut off or convert gas lines, liquid lines, etc.
3) The sealing performance of the valve is one of the main indicators for assessing the quality of the valve. The sealing performance of the valve mainly includes two aspects, namely internal leakage and external leakage. Internal leakage refers to the degree of sealing between the valve seat and the closing member to the medium. External leakage refers to leakage at the valve stem packing area, leakage at the center port gasket area, and leakage at the valve body caused by casting defects. No leakage is allowed.
4) The main advantages of solenoid valves are small size, reliable action, easy maintenance and low price. When choosing, you need to pay attention to choosing the normally open or normally closed type according to the process requirements.
