High-pressure solenoid valves are divided into two structural principles: direct-acting and pilot-operated. The three-dimensional sealing structure of the leading design can be flexibly matched with different sealing materials, and the valve can achieve zero leakage. High-pressure solenoid valves can be divided into brass solenoid valves and stainless steel solenoid valves according to their materials.
1. Please refer to the product manual before installation to see if it meets your requirements.
2. The pipeline should be washed clean before use, and a filter should be installed if the medium is not clean, so as to prevent impurities from hindering the normal operation of the valve.
3. After a long period of inactivity, the solenoid valve should be convenient to use after draining the condensate; when disassembling and washing, all parts should be placed in order and then restored to their original state and installed.
4. The solenoid valve generally works in one direction and cannot be reversed. The arrow on the valve indicates the direction of fluid movement in the pipeline and must be consistent.
5. When the solenoid valve is re-worked in a freezing place, it should be heated or set up insulation measures.
6. The installation of the solenoid valve is generally the valve body is horizontal, and the coil is vertical upwards. Some products can be installed arbitrarily, but it is best to be vertical when conditions permit, so as to increase the service life.
7. After the lead wire (connector) of the electromagnetic coil is connected, it should be confirmed whether it is firm, and the contacts of the connected electrical components should not shake. Looseness will cause the solenoid valve to not work. For solenoid valves that need to be produced continuously, it is best to use a bypass, which is convenient for maintenance and does not affect production.
