The integrated turbine flowmeter adopts advanced ultra-low power consumption single-chip microcomputer technology to develop a new type of intelligent instrument integrating turbine flow sensor and display integration. It adopts double-row LCD on-site display, which has compact structure, intuitive and clear readings, and reliability. High, free from external power interference, anti-lightning, low cost and other obvious advantages. The instrument has a three-point correction of the instrument coefficient, intelligently compensates the non-linearity of the instrument coefficient, and can be corrected on site. The high-definition liquid crystal display simultaneously displays the instantaneous flow rate (4 effective figures) and the accumulated flow rate (8 effective figures, with zero clearing function).

The equation performs temperature and pressure compensation, automatically corrects the compression factor, and displays all the data (instantaneous flow, daily cumulative flow, total cumulative flow, temperature, pressure, time, date, battery power) intuitively on the LCD display, and can output the working data. Condition, standard condition pulse signal, 4-20mA, RS485, IC card signal and other communication signals. The instrument adopts a built-in lithium battery and an external 24VDC dual power supply mode. When the user does not need any signal output function, the instrument does not need to supply the instrument with 24VDC external power supply. The instrument automatically switches to the built-in lithium battery for power supply. The battery can work continuously for more than 3 years.
